And then, there are also those dozens of family wineries all across France, offering organic wines respectfull of terroirs and fruits. Many of them might not open their doors very easely to concentrate on their wines. But you will definitely meet and talk with those passionnate women and men, outstanding winemakers creating amazing wines.

Because whatever you do, there will never be a better way to taste, enjoy and understand a wine than to be introduced to it by the winemaker who  created it, looking at the vines it grew on and in the cool cellar where it was born
